Refund policy

At Homn, we want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Items must have tags attached (if applicable). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or defect).

Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? Reach out within 14 days and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Exchange shipping is also the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll notify you when the refund is processed.

Final Sale Items:
Custom orders, limited edition drops, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or refunds.
